Adding a Payment Method {#vas-smb-cust-adding-payment-method}

How to add a payment method to a customer profile.
To add payment methods to store customer card information for future transactions:

1. Open the customer's details page.
2. In the Payment methods section, click Add payment method.
3. Enter the card number.
4. Enter theexpiration date in YYYY-MM format.
5. Enter billing address with first and last name.
6. Choose shipping address option.
   * Check "Shipping address same as billing" to use billing address
   * Leave unchecked to enter a different shipping address
7. Click Save.

#### RESULT

The new payment method is added to the customer profile.
