One-time and recurring reports have different generation processes:

One-Time Reports
----------------

Generate a report for a specific date range. Used for impromptu analysis, historical reviews, or specific inquiries.

Recurring Reports
-----------------

Automatically generate reports on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Use for regular reconciliation, ongoing monitoring, and automated workflows.
You can have a maximum of 20 active recurring reports. You can pause or delete unused reports to stay within this limit.
