Downloading Reports

Download residual reports as CSV files.

To download a residual report:

Select

Reports

Find the report you want to download.

Click

Download

or select Download from the three-dot menu.

The report downloads as a CSV file.

Open the CSV file in Excel or your preferred spreadsheet application.

The CSV file includes:

Merchant ID and name

Monthly fee (buy rate, sell rate, residual)

Transaction count

Per-transaction fees (buy rate, sell rate, residual)

Total residual per merchant

Grand total for the period.
