Set-up Fees
Set-up fees are optional one-time charges applied only to the first billing payment. Use
them for customer boarding, activation, or initial set-up costs.
Example: A 50.00/month plan with a 25.00 setup fee charges 75.00 for the first month
and 50.00 for all subsequent months.
