Delete a Plan
Verify that the plan has no subscriptions before attempting to delete it.
Follow
these steps to permanently delete a plan:
- Navigate to thePlanstab.
- Click the three-dot menu (
) or
Plan details. - ClickDelete plan.
- A confirmation message appears. Confirm the action.The plan is permanently removed from the system. If the plan has any subscriptions, an error message appears. If this occurs, consider instead deactivating the plan to prevent new subscriptions while keeping existing ones.
