The Transactions list provides a comprehensive view of all payment activity and key metrics.
Transaction Metrics
At the top of the Transactions page you'll see:
- Total sales
- Transaction count
- Refunds total
Alerts
Alerts highlight:
- Transactions held for review because of potential fraud
- Authorizations pending capture
Search and Filter Capabilities
You can search by:
- Customer name
- Date
- Transaction ID
- Amount
- Card last four digits
Filters include:
- Date range
- Source
- Type
- Status
Filters can be combined for more precise results.
Transaction Details View
Selecting a transaction shows:
- Payment information
- Customer details
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Transaction history
- Itemized breakdown (if applicable)
- Possible actions for that transaction
